Welcome to ToDoVoice. By accessing and using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ToDoVoice, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Authorized Use

You agree to use ToDoVoice only for legal purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the system
  • Use the service to transmit illegal, offensive or inappropriate content
  • Copy, modify or distribute content without authorization
  • Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties

3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation

To access ToDoVoice, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if your use of the service poses a risk to us or other users.

4. User Content

4.1 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create, share or store via ToDoVoice (tasks, events, notes, etc.). You warrant that your content does not violate any intellectual property rights or other third-party rights.

4.2 License to Use

By submitting content to ToDoVoice, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our service.

5. Intellectual Property

ToDoVoice and all its components (software, designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, images) are the property of Venus Agency or its licensors and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

No part of ToDoVoice may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold or exploited without our prior written authorization.

6. Third-Party Services

ToDoVoice may integrate or provide links to third-party services (calendars, collaboration tools, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep ToDoVoice available and functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, updates or any other reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ToDoVoice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of business opportunity

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToDoVoice, its officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be resolved according to the following procedures:

  • Attempt at amicable resolution through direct negotiation
  • If negotiation fails, mediation according to CMAP rules (Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center)
  • As a last resort, French courts will have jurisdiction

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ToDoVoice regarding the use of ToDoVoice.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect.

12.3 Waiver

Failure to exercise a right provided by these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
