Data encryption
All your data is protected by end-to-end encryption. We use TLS 1.3 protocol to secure data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Your voice recordings are encrypted immediately after capture and are never stored in plain text.
Secure infrastructure
Our servers are hosted exclusively in SOC 2 certified data centers located in the European Union (AWS Europe - Frankfurt). We ensure geographic redundancy to guarantee 99.9% availability and advanced DDoS protection to prevent attacks.
