General Terms of Use and Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use (GTU) and General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the use of the ToDoVoice service, a task and event management application assisted by artificial intelligence, published by ToDoVoice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of ToDoVoice implies full acceptance of these GTU/GTS. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

3. Service Description

ToDoVoice is a task and event organization service that allows users to:

  • Create and manage tasks by voice command or text input
  • Automatically organize their events and appointments
  • Sync their calendars with compatible third-party services
  • Collaborate with other users (depending on subscription plan)

4. Registration and User Account

To use ToDoVoice, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

  • The confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities performed under your account
  • Immediately notifying ToDoVoice of any unauthorized use

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

ToDoVoice offers several subscription plans:

  • Premium Plan: €19.90 / month (1 user)
  • Business Plan: €49.90 / month (up to 15 users)
  • Pro+ Plan: Custom quote (over 15 users)

5.2 Payment Terms

Payments are made monthly by automatic debit. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and SEPA transfers.

5.3 Pricing Changes

ToDoVoice reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. Users will be notified at least 30 days before any pricing change takes effect.

6. Duration and Termination

6.1 Duration

Subscriptions are taken out for a period of one month, automatically renewable unless terminated.

6.2 Termination by User

You can terminate your subscription at any time from your customer area. Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.3 Termination by ToDoVoice

ToDoVoice reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service in case of violation of these terms or abusive use of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the ToDoVoice service (software, content, trademarks, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to ToDoVoice or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR.

9. Limitation of Liability

ToDoVoice strives to ensure the availability and security of the service. However, we cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability (maintenance, technical failures)
  • Complete absence of errors or bugs
  • Compatibility with all systems and browsers

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTU/GTS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
